1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy covers personal data processed in connection with the Site only. 3. How We Use Personal Data

In Short: To respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask about, keep the Site secure, and meet our legal obligations.

Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. Under the DPDPA, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by the Act.

4. How We Share Personal Data

In Short: Only with service providers who help us run the Site, where legally required, or with your consent. We do not sell your personal data.

We are based in India. Where personal data is processed by service providers located in other jurisdictions, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required) and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and contact data only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights
