These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PEAKSERVE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, with its registered office at 2639/197, Onkar Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi, North West Delhi, India - 110035 (operating the brand “PeakServes”; “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website at https://peakserves.com and the enquiry, contact, and scheduling features made available on it (the “Site”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

PeakServes provides technology services to enterprises and builds its own consumer products. This Site is a marketing and information resource and a means to contact us. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
