How to delete your data
If you connected an Instagram account
- In Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites (or Website permissions → Apps and websites), find Brightstage, and remove it. This revokes our access immediately.
- Then email info@peakserves.com from any address with the subject “Delete my data – Brightstage” and your Instagram username.
If you are a creator we work with
Email info@peakserves.com or message us on WhatsApp with “Delete my data”. We will confirm your identity using the phone number or email we have on file.
If you commented on or messaged a connected account
Email info@peakserves.com with your Instagram username.
What happens next
Within 30 days we delete your tokens, profile data, comments and messages, uploads and
metrics, and confirm by reply. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records),
and only for as long as required.
