Terms of Service
These terms apply when you connect an account to Brightstage or use our creator portal. By doing so you agree to them. Brightstage is operated by PEAKSERVE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as “PeakServes”), CIN U70200DL2023PTC414058, with its registered office at 2639/197, Onkar Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi, North West Delhi, India - 110035 (“we”, “us”).
1. The service
Brightstage lets us and the creators we work with schedule, publish and measure content on connected social media accounts, manage comments and messages, and exchange briefs, uploads and reviews. Access is by invitation.
2. Your responsibilities
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You must follow Instagram's, Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and community guidelines.
- Content you upload must be yours or properly licensed, and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- Paid or sponsored content must be disclosed as required by law and by the Advertising Standards Council of India (for example, a paid partnership label). AI-generated personas and content must be labelled as such.
3. Content and licences
You keep ownership of what you upload. Any licence you grant us to use content you create for us is set out in your separate creator agreement. Without one, you allow us to store, review and publish that content only for the assignment it was submitted for.
4. Disconnecting
You can disconnect an account or stop using the portal at any time. See data deletion. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or platform rules.
5. No warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. Social platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time, so we cannot guarantee that every post publishes or every metric is available. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount we paid you, or you paid us, in the three months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
